QuickBooks Payments adds a “pay now” button so your client can pay directly from their invoice. Clients can pay via credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover) or Apple Pay.
If you invoice your client the same amount each month, you can set up recurring invoices. This way, QBO can do all the heavy hitting and send invoices out on your behalf each month.
At time of writing, credit card fees and transaction fees are 2.9% + $0.25 per transaction.
