If a client’s invoice is always the same amount every month/week/year, you can set up recurring invoices that will automatically be sent to your client. This will save you a lot of time so you don’t have to recreate the same invoice each time.
If you have QuickBooks Payment set up, your client will have the option to set up autopay when they receive the invoice. They can stop the autopay at any time.
